Ms. Carey H. Peerman has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Radford University (2001), a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Radford University (1998). She also holds certificates in Healthcare Administration- Long Term Care from Mary Baldwin College, Executive Leadership from The University of Notre Dame, and Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean DFSS from Aventa.  Ms. Peerman is the Program Director and Assistant Professor for the Bachelors Program in Healthcare Management. She is a Fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator/Preceptor and a Registered Nurse. She also serves on several committees for the Virginia Health Care Association. She has over 20 years experience in varying aspects of healthcare.
