Ms. Elizabeth Costa is a student affairs professional, currently serving as the Student Life Administrator at Jefferson College.  A native of Roanoke, she came to Jefferson in 2010 as the Coordinator of Residence Life and assumed her current role in 2012.  Prior to joining the Jefferson College Student Affairs team, Elizabeth served for four years as a Resident Director at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, where she also earned her Master of Science degree in mental health counseling.  She previously worked as a Residential Instructor at Conserve School, a small, private boarding school in northern Wisconsin.  Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from King University in Bristol, Tennessee.  While at King, Elizabeth served as a Resident Assistant for two years, which marked the beginning of her journey into a career in student affairs.
