Mr. Larry Lilley has been part of the healthcare field for over 30 years ranging from Emergency Medical Services, Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, and Advance Practice Nursing. The majority of his career has been with focus on the Pediatric, Pediatric Intensive Care, Neonatal Intensive Care, and Neonatal/Pediatric Critical Care Transport Team. Mr. Lilley is an alumnus of Jefferson College as well as a dedicated faculty member. His interest of study include: Neonatology, pediatrics, pharmacology, professional nursing practice, and advanced nursing skills. His research interest includes: servant leadership, and retention & recruitment of the novice nurse.
