Scott Hill is a student affairs professional who brings 13 years of higher education experience to the college. As a U.S. Army Officer, he served 21 years on active duty in both the Armor and Military Intelligence branches. Formerly, Scott was the Military Science Department Chair at Clarkson University. During his five-year tenure at Clarkson, the Army ROTC program there was consistently ranked in the top 15% of all programs nationally for performance and quality. Upon retiring from the Army in 2006, he joined the Student Affairs Department at Jefferson College. He has been serving as the Dean for Student Affairs since 2010. Scott is a doctoral candidate at Liberty University, studying educational leadership.
