Dr. Tracy Hudgins is a dedicated healthcare professional with twenty-one years of experience in nursing education, practice management, school nursing, adult, child, and crisis psychiatric nursing, emergency medicine nursing, and home health nursing. She is a Board Certified Nurse Executive and a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives. Dr. Hudgins’ research interests include nursing leadership, resilience, and the novice nurse’s transition into practice. She was awarded the 2013-2014 Faculty in Excellence Teaching Award (student recognition). She currently serves as the lead faculty advisor for the Student Nurses’ Association for undergraduate nursing student enrolled at Jefferson College.
