On Thursday, May 21, 2015, Alsion Parker from WDBJ-7 visited the Jefferson College of Health Sciences campus to preview the new Virginia Intercollegiate Anatomy Lab (VIAL). She did three live segments for the morning news featuring Jefferson College President Dr. Nathaniel L. Bishop, Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine President and Founding Dean Dr. Cynda Johnson, Program Director and Chair of the Radford University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program Dr. Kristen Jagger, and Carol Gilbert, M.D., Carilion Clinic General Surgery and Trauma/Surgical Critical Care.
VIAL will officially open with a ribbon cutting ceremony on the afternoon of May 22, 2015.
