Purpose

The purpose of the Graduate School of Jefferson College of Health Sciences is to provide well-qualified students with the opportunity to obtain graduate degrees and to provide members of the healthcare professions with the opportunity to enhance their competencies and knowledge in areas associated with their professions.

The College strives to provide excellence in graduate studies in the healthcare disciplines. Upon completion of the requirements for a graduate degree, students will demonstrate a broad knowledge of the literature of their field and the specialized knowledge, skills and critical thinking abilities to practice and contribute to their professions.
