Incoming First-Year Student Adam Battaglia Receives Campus Law Enforcement Scholarship

On Tuesday, July 2, 2013, Carilion Clinic Chief of Police Steve Lugar and JCHS President Dr. Nathaniel L. Bishop presented a $1,000 scholarship check to Adam Battaglia, an incoming first-year student at JCHS.   Adam was awarded the 2013 Virginia Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators Scholarship by the Virginia Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators. Chief Lugar nominated Adam for the scholarship as part of the application process.

Adam will begin studying in the Biomedical Sciences Program at JCHS in fall 2013. Congratulations, Adam, and we look forward to welcoming you to the JCHS campus as one of our newest Blue Healers in August!
