Graduating from Jefferson College of Health Sciences in 2012?

If you are graduating in 2012 from JCHS, it's time to complete an Application for Graduation! This includes all students matriculating in May, August and December 2012.                   
 
Submit completed applications to the JCHS Office of the Registrar, 4th Floor, Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital, 101 Elm Avenue, SE, Roanoke, VA  24013. Or, you may fax your completed application to (540) 224-4562.
