The inaugural Jefferson Chronicle was released in January 2004. The first edition featured Dr. Carol Seavor’s inauguration, which was held on October 3, 2003. It also paid tribute to the College’s founder, Hugh H. Trout, M.D. and to alumna Rita M. Bishop.
