Jefferson College of Health Sciences (JCHS) is located primarily at Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital (CRCH), 101 Elm Avenue SE, Roanoke, VA 24031. The Admissions and Registrar's Offices are located on South Jefferson Street, across the street from CRCH. Some departments and classes are located at the Roanoke Higher Education Center and 933 South Jefferson Street. Directions to each of these facilities are listed below.

From points south:

• Take Interstate 81 North to Exit 143 for Roanoke/Airport/Rt.581-the exit ramp will take you onto Route 581 South.
• Follow Route 581 to exit 6 for Elm Avenue.
• Take a right off the exit ramp and get into the left hand lane.
• Go through one red light—you will see Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital (CRCH) on your left.
• Take a left at the red light onto Jefferson Street.
• Take the next left at the red light. JCHS is located primarily in CRCH and parking can be found in the garage behind the hospital building.

From points north:

• Directions same as above from Interstate 81.

From Lynchburg:  

• Take Route 460 West into Roanoke.
• Follow signs for downtown Roanoke and Route 581 South. (You will go under a bridge, then take exit ramp onto 581 South).
• Directions same as above from second bullet in "From points south."

From Martinsville:

• Follow 220 North into Roanoke to exit 6, Elm Avenue.
• Get in the left-hand lane on the exit ramp.
• Take a left onto Elm Avenue.
• Directions same as above from third bullet in "From points south."

Directions to Roanoke Higher Education Center:

• From the College going north on Jefferson Street, take a right onto Elm Avenue.
• At the first light, take a left onto Williamson Road.
• At the fifth light take a left onto Wells Avenue.
• Go past the Hotel Roanoke and past Jefferson St.
• Take the next left into Jordan Alley to the parking lot.
  PLEASE NOTE: Students may park in the parking garage or park free in lot #2 or #4.
