Our running club has had some really impressive results this season.

On Aug. 27, the club had their first ever meet, traveling to Randolph College in Lynchburg for a 5K. JCHS won the meet over Randolph College and Sweet Briar College. The lowest score wins in cross country meets and JCHS had 27 points, followed by Randolph College with 38 and Sweet Briar with 72.

The club continues their impressive season, racking up victories at both the Salem Invitational in Winston-Salem, N.C. on Sept. 15 and the Marine Mud Run in Salem on Sept. 22.

Come out and root for the JCHS runners!
