1. Faculty and staff leaders/sponsors will provide a service to the college community in serving as mentors to student leaders.
2. Faculty and staff leaders/sponsors will experience personal fulfillment in watching their student leader/cosponsor develop their leadership skills as a result of the faculty student relationship.
3. Faculty and staff leaders/sponsors will help grow the One Jefferson Community Hours through the sharing of their talents and skills in the development of new events/activities.
