A Completed Application Must Include:
- The Submitted Application for Admission, completed and (digitally) signed by you.
- Transcripts received from your secondary school(s). You must make arrangements with your school(s) to send the transcripts to the Admissions Office. If you are currently attending secondary school, your transcript should include grades for all work completed through your junior year and, as appropriate, the first semester of your senior year. If you are enrolled in the second half of your senior year, your transcript should show the courses in progress and official scores on the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) of the College Entrance Examination Board or the American College Test (ACT).
- International students should also submit TOEFL scores; Transcripts from all previously attended institutions of higher learning; Copies of any certifications or licenses you have received that are pertinent to the healthcare program for which you are applying. These include those of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), and the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Respiratory (RRT), etc.
