    On Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, JCHS faculty member Dr. Bob Reese presented, "Finding Who's Right."

    Balancing Your Life Presentation
    On Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007, 
    Julie Blanchard of Carilion Community Health Education presented, "Balancing Your Life," a light-hearted presentation designed to inform and teach people how to deal more effectively with stress.

    Fitting Physical Activity Into a Busy Day Presentation
    On Tuesday, Oct. 23, Michael S. Krackow, Ph.D., A.T.C., P.T.A., C.S.C.S., Chair of the Department of Rehabilitation & Wellness, delivered a presentation entitled, "Fitting Physical Activity Into a Busy Day."
