| Description: | Each year, Downtown Roanoke, Inc. presents Movies in the Park—a series of FREE movies shown in Elmwod Park on the second Friday of every month from May through October. Again this year, JCHS is a major sponsor of Movies in the Park. Plan ahead now to grab your lawn chair or picnic blanket and enjoy a free movie under the stars. And it’s only a block away from JCHS!
This year’s remaining lineup is:
• Sept. 10, 2010: The Blind Side (PG-13)
• Oct. 8, 2010: New Moon - The Twilight Saga (PG-13)
Seating starts at 7 p.m. and the movies begin at dark. Parking is FREE! |
