| Description: | There are many ways to work fitness into the daily routine as there are people, and local women will check some of them out during the 11th annual National Women's Health and Fitness Day (NWHFD), Wednesday, September 26. Jefferson College of Health Sciences will serve as an official host site for the day with a Women's Health and Fitness Expo brought to you by the JCHS Health and Exercise Science program! Beginning at 10am, participants will join thousands of other women at hundreds of locations - all across the country on the same day - as they walk, dance, play and learn their way to better fitness and health. |
