| Description: | Jefferson College of Health Sciences and CRCH will be participating in a regional earthquake drill on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 10:18 a.m. As with any emergency situation, in order to act quickly, correctly and with confidence, we must practice. We may only have seconds to protect ourselves in the event of an earthquake.
The drill will be announced on the overhead paging system and last approximately one and a half minutes. It will be announced in English and Spanish. The drill will be announced as complete when it is finished.
Emergency floor monitors will observe drill participation.
Millions across the southeast region will be participating in this drill. Please take this drill seriously and practice the appropriate steps. |
