Nancy Robbins received a B.S. in nutrition from Virginia Tech and a M.S. in nutrition from Winthrop University in Rockhill, S.C. She has had several years experience in clinical dietetics including two years at Community Hospital. During the last twelve years Nancy has been a nutrition consultant. She currently consults for a home health agency, the Roanoke Athletic Club, does private counseling at a large physician?s practice and occasionally does nutrition talks for local corporations. She has taught distance learning classes for the JCHS for two years. She is certified in adult weight management by the American Dietetic Association and has served on the executive board of the Southwest Dietetic Association. Her special interests are woman?s health issues and general wellness.
