Outside Scholarships

Introduction to Outside Scholarships

Outside Scholarships are a great way to get free money for college and minimize the cost of Higher Education. Outside Scholarships are given by many different companies, organizations, and churches all across the world. The only catch is that you have to find them! Below is a great list of verified scholarships to get you started on your search. Several things to keep in mind are deadlines, criteria, and discretion. Firstly, make sure you submit your application before the scholarship deadline. Secondly, make sure you meet the criteria of the scholarship (or are very close to it). And lastly, make sure that you use discretion when searching for scholarships. Do not pay for a list of scholarships or give money in order to be entered to win a scholarship. If something looks like a scam, it probably is!

As always, if you have any questions throughout the process, please contact the Financial Aid at financialaid@jchs.edu and we would be happy to help you!
